Everything my kids said about her was true...

Until recently, I was the owner of a pre-Civil War home in Pleasant Hill, MO.  I listed my house with a local realtor, and experienced one catastrophe after another. When my daughter and her husband purchased a home in Grain Valley, Aase Yocham was the selling agent on that home. Sandy told me what an excellent job she had done for them, so when I decided to once again try to sell my home I called Aase.

Needles to say, I was filled with much apprehension, and more than a little skepticism for the realty community. But when I met with Aase, I was immediately impressed with her professionalism. We recieved a full price cash offer the next day. I was amazed, and delighted. From my first meeting with her, she was confident and professional, and treated me like she had known me all my life.
